Our Inside Sales Representatives are the first point of contact of our customers. You will be part of a tight team that has the skills, integrity and connections to lead the efforts as we grow the security business that will span every industry from tech to finance to healthcare and more. Responsibilities:

As a Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for Nucleaus™ to our customers. You will work closely with your local pod of a Field Security Engineer and Enterprise Account Representative to provide a smooth and successful experience to our prospects.

  • Drive the growth of Nucleaus by building and prioritizing a list of potential customers with your local team and execute to hit and exceed targets
    • Tier 1 Targets
      • Deep intelligent prospecting research
      • Navigate and map organization identifying key decision makers
      • Penetrate Tier 1 accounts according to the prospecting plan, appropriate use case playbook and target research
      • Tactical follow-up with customers
      • Establish cadence inside target
    • Tier 2 Targets
      • Organize and execute campaigns with marketing support to advance targets
      • Qualify new business opportunities through research
  • Collaborate with the local sales team, inside security engineers, and product managers.
  • Advance “soft” leads (simple downloads or visits without specific request for callback)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years inside sales experience (preferably cyber security) to B2B Enterprise accounts with successful history of creating new leads
  • Competitive team player that strives on success in a driven team
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and technical aptitude, ability to work with Director and VP level
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of enterprise sales and sales ops
  • Prior experience selling in an early stage and fast-growing company
  • Familiar with dev ops and software development product life cycle is a plus
